Has our Democratic Republic failed?

I sit here amazed still at the lack of honesty surrounding this entire 2020 election, from the mainstream media, The Social media platforms, including Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook. They all are in a huge hurry to declare Joe Biden as the President-Elect. They know that the election is disputed, yet they try to keep us from talking about the questions surrounding the unusual developments in the vote counting.
The thing is, I should not be surprised. They spent the entire time from when Trump was elected until now with unrelenting attacks and unfounded accusations. They investigate the Russian Collusion hoax for over 3 years. They lied to the FISA court to get the FISA surveillance on Carter Page. They knew that there was nothing there, yet they kept pushing the narrative.
We watched the election unfold and went to bed with Trump having a significant lead in the count that any sane person would decide that he had won.
Before the election, we had Joe Biden assuring his supporters that he "Put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics."

We knew months before Election Day that this would be a contentious election. We understand that the Biden Campaign played out scenarios like war campaigns. Clinton gave this advice to Biden and it was very clear from MSNBC that they knew this election would be contested.

So we all knew this election would be contentious. We knew it would be challenged yet, in multiple Democrat stronghold cities, the Democrats acted very foolishly in the best case scenario. They did everything they could to prevent Republican Poll watchers from observing the ballot counting activities. The fact that they were prevented from observing the count alone makes the outcome invalid. They should have been very interested in having the count observed so that there would be no question it was valid. They went a different direction.

I had been on the fence about the election. With all of the bullying of poll watchers and other volunteers who had every right and duty to be there, This was a very uncivil election. This does not even cover the hundreds of people who have signed affidavits that they witness fraud and intimidation. I don't see how anyone could legitimately claim a winner at this point.
